About Us

We’re Claire and Sarah founders of NeuroDIVE and long- time leaders in education, socialcare, local government and business. We’re also both neurodivergent, and we’ve seen first-hand what happens when inclusion is done well – and when it’s not.

We created NeuroDIVE to help organisations do better. Our approach is relational, strategic and rooted in lived experience. We also work with a trusted network of associates across business and public services – including experts in culture change, safeguarding, SEND and coaching – all committed to building inclusion by design, not by default.

What We Do

We help individuals, teams and organisations build more inclusive environments – practically, sustainably, and at scale. Our work spans sectors and settings, from multinational businesses to Virtual Schools and frontline children’s services.

Inclusion support for organisations, including strategy design, leadership coaching, HR policy review, and AI-enabled tools. We help build inclusive workplaces that reduce absence, improve retention, and support all staff—especially neurodivergent employees.

Coaching and group support for late-identified neurodivergent adults. We also work with organisations to deliver, train, and supervise high-quality neuroinclusive coaching—building internal capacity that lasts.

Training and consultancy for professionals supporting children and families, including statutory and specialist offers for Virtual Schools, foster care agencies, and LA teams. Content includes trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, SEND, and in-house coaching models.
